Steps to Add Your Website:

·      Go to Bing Webmaster Tools.

·      Log in with your Microsoft account.

·      Add Your Site: Click on "Add a Site."

·      Enter your website URL and click "Add."

Verify Ownership:

·      Bing offers similar verification methods as Google:

·      XML File Upload: Upload a verification file to your root directory.

·      Meta Tag: Add a meta tag to your website's section.

·      CNAME Record: Add a CNAME record to your domain's DNS settings.

You know you want to submit a Sitemap:

·      Go to "Sitemaps" in the Bing Webmaster Tools dashboard.

·      Just type in your sitemap's URL (e.g. (https://www.ofmine.com/sitemap.xml)) and press "Submit".

Tips for Both Platforms:

·      Keep Your Sitemap Fresh: Be sure that when you add new pages, your sitemap dynamically updates to reflect these additions.

·      Use SSL (HTTPS): Better looking sites rank higher in search results.

·      Check Your Performance: From time to time, you should be on the lookout for indexing issues and errors relating to broken links.

·      Setting Up Google Analytics

·      Set Up a Google Analytics Account

·      Go to Google Analytics.

·      Sign in using your Google account (preferably the one you use for Google Search Console, so the two key tools are connected and work well together. Click "Start Measuring" to set up a new account.

Set Up Your Property

·      Fill in your account name (e.g., your business name or website name).

·      Under "Property Setup":

·      Type in the property name (e.g., example.com).

·      Select the time zone and currency that you use for reporting.

·      Go for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) (default) to get the latest version. If you want, also set up Universal Analytics (older version).

·      Enter Website Details

·      Choose your industry category (e.g., commerce, technology, etc.).

·      Indicate your business scale.

·      Fill out the analytics settings that are appropriate for you (e.g. whether or not you are willing to share data).

Get Your Tracking Code

·      After the property is created, you will be taken to the admin section.

·      Select "Web" under Data Streams and enter the URL of this site.

·      Google will produce a measurement ID (e.g., G-XXXXXX) as well as a tracking code.

·      Put the tracking code onto Your Website

·      Copy Google Analytics' code.

·      Insert that code into the section of every page on your site.

If you employ a CMS such as WordPress, Hello, Shopify or WIX, using a plug-in or built-in integration add the tracking ID for them.

Optional: Checking the Setup

·      Go to your website.
