Slab Reinforcement Installation Procedure

1. Surface Preparation: Clean formwork and apply oil.
2. Cover Blocks: Place concrete cover blocks to maintain clearance.
3. Main Bars (Lx): Place Main Bars (Short Span) first on the cover blocks.
4. Distribution Bars (Ly): Place Distribution Bars (Long Span) on top of the main bars.
5. Torsional Reinforcement: If provided, place bars at slab corners.
6. Binding: Tie all bar intersections securely with binding wire.
7. Inspection: Check spacing, overlaps, and cover before concrete pouring.
